PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the connection of a removable flange part and a fixed side flange part from being dislocated by delivery reaction and impact from a tabk interior stirring apparatus. SOLUTION: This submerged pump device 2 with the tank interior stirring apparatus has a submerged pump body 3 detachably arranged in a pump tank 1, and the tank interior stirring apparatus 4 for stirring the interior of a water tank, and also has the removable flange part 16 arranged in the submerged pump body 3 and connected by abutting on a base end flange part 18 of a fixed drain pipe 6 arranged in the pump tank 1 when arranging the submerged pump body 3 in the pump tank 1, and a hook 17 arranged in the removable flange part 16 and holding an abutting state of the removable flange part 16 and the base end flange part 18 by engaging with the upper edge of the base end flange part 18 when the removable flange part 16 abuts on the base end flange part 18.
