<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creature adhesion preventing method for preventing creaturies from adhering to the surface of a member that makes contact with sea water or plain water, without depending on artificial functions such chemicals. <P>SOLUTION: In the creature adhesion preventing method for preventing sea water (or plain water) creaturies from adhering to the surface of the member making contact with sea water (plain water), an immersible mortar or concrete material having plant fibers mixed therein is used as a material forming the member, and plain water (sea water) is flowed from inside the material to the surface of the material, facing the sea water (plain water).
