PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress abnormal noises from occurring at a contact portion between a driven side supporting means and a power transmitting means. SOLUTION: A first protrusion 51a is formed on a spring arm 46 coupled to a first rotation shaft 40 supporting a steering driving wheel, and a second protrusion 51b is formed on a caster arm 48 supporting a caster 20. Contact between the first protrusion 51a and the second protrusion 51b allows the spring arm 46 and the caster arm 48 to be coupled to each other. A contact point S between the spring arm 46 (first protrusion 51a) and the caster arm 49 (second protrusion 51b) is set onto a straight line L connecting a shaft center R1 of a second rotation shaft 47 supporting the caster arm 48 with a shaft center R2 of a first rotation shaft 40 supporting the spring arm 46.
