<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet preferably used to manufacture a compact piezoelectric vibrator and easily holding a compact air-tight terminal, and to provide a piezoelectric vibrator and a manufacturing method thereof, an oscillator, electronic equipment and a radio clock. <P>SOLUTION: A plate-like pallet 10 has a plurality of air-tight terminals, which respectively has two leads and in which a piezoelectric vibrator piece is connected to an inner lead. One or more guide pairs 12 composed of two guide grooves 12a respectively holding two outer leads of the air-tight terminals are formed while opening one end of each guide groove 12a on an end surface 11 side of the pallet, and a groove-like recessed part 14, which leads to the other end of the guide groove 12a and in which an end of the outer lead held by the guide groove 12a is positioned, is formed along the longitudinal direction of the end surface 11 of the pallet 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
