<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the use of electronic money with security and anonymity. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic wallet device using electronic values concerning a prescribed service by means of a non-contact IC card 1 used for non-contact communication with an external device 20 is provided with a holding part 102 for holding the non-contact IC card 1, an external communication antenna 107 used for non-contact communication with the external device 20, an antenna 105 for card communication used for noncontact communication with the IC card 1 held in the holding part 102, a value storage part 108 storing electronic values, a reload part 113 for reloading the electronic values into the value storage part 108, and a value transfer part 117 for transferring the electronic values stored in the value storage part 108 to the non-contact IC card 1 under a condition that an authentication part 116 authenticates an owner of the electronic wallet device 10 in using the electronic values by using the non-contact IC card 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
