The present invention provides a coupling member improving a convenience for a user; a method of fixating a coupling member to an object; and a display device having a coupling member. The display device comprises: a display panel displaying an image, a member coupled to the display panel, and the coupling member inserted into a hole formed in the member including a coupling hole connected to an outer bolt. The coupling member comprises: a body, a first screw unit, a second screw unit, a flange unit, and a folding unit. The body has a hollow shape, and the first screw unit is formed along an inner circumference. The second screw unit is formed along the other inner circumference of the body, and the flange unit supports the object by being coupled to the outer circumference of the body. The folding unit is formed as a part of the body is bent, and the folding unit grips the object with the flange by being installed across the object.
