PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a coating with a smooth surface.SOLUTION: A coating composition has (1) a fluorine-containing polymer having a fluoroalkyl group with a fluorine content percentage of 4 wt.%-70 wt.%; and (2) solvent, where the solvent (2) consists of only (2-1) fluorine-containing solvent; and (2-2) fluorine-free solvent, and a content of the fluorine-containing solvent (2-1) is 50 wt.%-97 wt.% relative to the whole solvent (2).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
