<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm content which should be paid attention to, on a large screen with good image quality while increase of traffic of a communication network is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: TV conference system is provided with two or more TV conference terminal devices 1 for performing TV conference accompanied by image display and voice output by transceiving an image signal and a voice signal, a communication network 2 for connecting the TV conference terminal device 1 in a data communication state, and a mode setting means for setting a desired device out of the TV conference terminal devices 1 into a chairperson's terminal mode for managing the TV conference. The TV conference terminal device 1 includes a transmission control means for transmitting the image signal and the voice signal, only if it is permitted by the device 1 set in the chairperson's terminal mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
