PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid for an electrophoretic display with which an efficient and high-contrast display is available and a highly reliable contrast is displayed even in repeated displays, and which is excellent in response by suppressing adsorption and coagulation of fine particles, improving dispersion stability of the liquid for the electrophoretic display, and materializing low voltage driving, and to provide an electrophoretic display medium and an electrophoretic display device using the same. SOLUTION: The liquid for the electrophoretic display is characterized in that it contains a polyoxyalkenesorbitan alkylate having at least a structural unit represented by either of general formulas (I), (II), an alkylpolyetheramine having a structural unit represented by general formula (III), one or more kinds of fine particles, and a dispersion liquid medium.
