PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit of a driving device for a liquid crystal display and a method thereof. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to one kind of circuit of a driving device for a liquid crystal display and to a method for the device. The circuit utilizes a timing controller to receive low voltage differential signals having a horizontal synchronization signal from an image inverter. The timing controller, based on the horizontal synchronization signal, undergoes a modulation and transmits fluorescent lamp operation controlling signals to an inverter controlling chip, wherein the frequencies of the lamp operation controlling signals are different from one another, and thereby changing the frequency of the fluorescent lamp operation of the inverter controlling chip used in a liquid crystal television panel.
