<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release device of intermaxillary fixation capable of releasing the intermaxillary fixation without using any tool and reducing a trouble of an operator and a burden of a patient. <P>SOLUTION: This release device is provided with an upper jaw connecting body 2 composed of a first synthetic resin, a lower jaw connecting body 3 composed of a second synthetic resin, and a link body 4 composed of elastomer, wherein the upper jaw connecting body 2 has an upper side locking part 21 and an upper side support part 22, the lower jaw connecting body 3 has a lower side locking part 31 and a lower side support part 32, the elastomer forming the link body 4 is non-compatible or hardly compatible relative to the first synthetic resin and the second synthetic resin, and the upper jaw connecting body 2 and the lower jaw connecting body 3 are connected to the link body 4 with the upper side support part 22 and the lower side support part 32 embedded in the link body 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
