An electric field and magnetic field shielded heating wire for bedclothes is provided to prevent a short defect at high temperature by coating an insulating paper between a core wire and a heater wire, an earth wire and a shield wire. In an electric field and magnetic field shielded heating wire for bedclothes, a core wire(110) is a pure iron wire coated with an enamel. A first insulating cover is coated on an outer surface of the core wire(110). A heater wire(140) is an enamel coated pure iron wire and is wound around an outer surface of the first insulating cover. A second insulating cover is coated on the outer surface of the first insulating cover including the heater wire(140). An earth wire(160) is formed on the outer surface of the second insulating cover. An insulating paper(130) is wound around the outer surface of the second insulating cover including the earth wire(160).
