PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor humidification air-conditioning system constituted by installing air-conditioning equipment on a ceiling part of a prefabricated bath, and having a layout structure and an air supply and discharge structure suitable for the same. SOLUTION: The air-conditioning equipment is disposed at an upper part of the prefabricated bath of a bathroom, the air-conditioning equipment has an inlet chamber and an outlet chamber at an air conditioner part, an air discharge duct from an under-floor part of a living room is connected to the inlet chamber through a connection chamber and a connection duct, and an air supply duct for supplying the air to the neighborhood of a ceiling of each living room, is connected to the outlet chamber.
