PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a large amount of chemical components harmful to an environment and a human body is produced, and that an automobile interior material manufactured from the main material of a natural raw material is thick with the cast of a large amount of the natural raw material and heavy to decrease fuel consumption, natural raw material and to raise a working efficiency and a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: An interior material is manufactured by using a hygienic supply manufactured by depositing a surface layer such as nonwoven cloth on both faces of the an automobile interior material constituted by comprising 30 - 50 weight% of a ground product of the hygienic supply, 5 - 15 weight% of additive, 30 - 50 weight% of thermoplastic resin, and 1 - 5 weight% of illite. This interior material and a manufacturing method using it can provide the effect that the interior material is environment friendly because of low manufacturing cost with no production of environment harmful substances that are four large heavy metals, more excellent in water absorption than SAP, and fast in natural drying after water absorption. |
