PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block device capable of easily adjusting and fixing inclination of a support body. SOLUTION: A block main body 12 is movably engaged with a block base part 13 of the block device 11. The upper face of the support body 37 mounted on the upper part of the block main body 12 abuts on a hull outer face 7. A first curved plate 31 is provided in the lower part of the block main body 12, and a plurality of projecting bodies 34a to 34n are provided in parallel on the lower face of the first curved plate 31. In the upper part of the block base part 13, a second curved plate 32 having a shape along the first curved plate 31 is provided, and a plurality of projecting bodies 35a to 35n are provided in parallel on the upper face of the second curved plate 32. By engaging the projecting bodies 34a to 34n on the first curved plate 31 with the projecting bodies 35a to 35n on the second curved plate 32 so as to form a gear shape, the block base part 13 is freely engaged with the block main body 12.
