PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a certificate for a jewelry decorative article which can certifies that a jewelry on the jewelry decorative article coincides with a jewelry displayed on a written statement of an expert opinion and a judgement statement, and which can certifies easily it even at a place for going out or the like. SOLUTION: The certificate for the jewelry decorative article for certifying that the jewelry on the jewelry decorative article is to be the same as the jewelry displayed on the written statement of the expert opinion, is composed of a card with a size about a credit card or a size about two sheets of the credit cards and being freely twice-folded, and is characterized in that at least the number of the written statement of the expert opinion or the number of the judgement statement described on the written statement of the expert opinion and the judgement statement on the jewelry, the full name or the signature of a person in charge of fixing the jewelry on a ring and a frame body are displayed. It is possible thereby to certify that the jewelry on the jewelry decorative article is the same jewelry that is displayed on the written statement of the expert opinion and the judgement statement, and as it is made into the card, it is easily carried.
