PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a high-definition composite image by an electronic hand blur correction method of a successive composition processing type. SOLUTION: A control part 42 computes a point spread function h (k, l¾(x<SB>1</SB>, y<SB>1</SB>)) at each coordinate of a composite image G(N) using a coordinate conversion parameter H<SB>i</SB>of each input image P<SB>i</SB>, and restores the composite image G(N) using the computed point spread function h(k, l¾(x<SB>1</SB>, y<SB>1</SB>)). Thereby, the deterioration of the composite image G(N) caused by the deterioration of a point spread function of each input image P<SB>i</SB>is suppressed, and the high-definition composite image G(N) can be generated.
