A valve seat inspection system is provided to check the existence, partial damage and cracking of valve seat easily by irradiating ultrasonic wave to a sealed combustion chamber and detecting leaked ultrasonic wave. A valve seat inspection system comprises a frame(10) in which a cylinder head is placed in position, a sealing unit(20) which is installed on the frame and seals the bottom of the cylinder head and a valve seat, an ultrasonic generating unit(30) which is installed on the frame and generates ultrasonic wave, an ultrasonic irradiating unit(40) which is mounted on the frame so as to seal the inlet of the spark plug hole of the cylinder head and irradiates the ultrasonic wave generated from the ultrasonic generating unit to the inside of the combustion chamber of the cylinder head, an ultrasonic wave leakage detection unit(50) outputting a leakage detection signal, and a controller(60) determining the existence, partial damage and cracking of valve seat.
