PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can well impregnate an opened belt-like one-directional reinforced fiber bundle with resin.SOLUTION: A belt-like fiber bundle B* on which a resin film S is overlapped passes through between a pressing face 135a of a hone 135 of an impregnation device 7 and a support face 21 of a supporter 2, and supersonic vibration is applied from a pressing face 135a.
