PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duplicating sheet with a copy slip, on the respective surface sides of a main slip and of a copy slip of which variable informations can be typed en bloc with a variable information typing printer and, at the same time, additional information can be recorded not only on the main slip but also on the copy slip with one writing. SOLUTION: A main slip 2 and a copy slip 3 are connected through a tearing- off part M to each other. On the front surface side of the main slip 2 and of the copy slip 3, a print typing column 1 is provided. Further, on the rear surface side of the main slip 2, a hand-writing entry column W is provided. On the front surface side of the main slip 2 corresponding to the hand-writing entry column W a colorant layer 4 is applied. At the same time, on the front surface side of the copy slip 3, a developing layer 5 is applied in the portion corresponding to the coloring layer 4 under the condition that the main slip 2 and the copy slip 3 are folded about the tearing-off part M. |
