A cervical tapered applicator for sampling, wiping and smearing cervix and secretions thereof, consisting of a tapered medical foam head (1), a handle (3), an adhesive sticker location indicator panel (5) and a tray (6); the tapered medical foam head (1) is formed by an expanded round base plate (2) and a tapered foam head (1) integrally connected to and disposed on the round base plate (2); the top portion of the tapered medical foam head (1) has a spherical surface; and the handle (3) is provided with a plastic ejector sleeve; the adhesive sticker location indicator panel (5) is marked respectively with four numbers of scale "3", "6", "9" and "12" on a surface thereof symmetrically about the axis. When using the tapered applicator, an operator holds the handle (3), and slowly presses the tapered foam head (1) against the cervix when the scale on the location indicator panel (5) is consistent with the cervix, such that an end portion of the tapered foam head (1) enters a cervical canal, and the round base plate (2) covers an external orifice of the cervix; the tapered foam head (1) is pulled out after 10 seconds, and the handle (3) is not allowed to be rotated during use. The product has a reasonable structure, is easy to operate, can be positioned accurately and brings comfort of use. |
