A receiving element having an axis extending along a second threaded shank and a coupling portion located at a distal end of the second threaded shank, the coupling portion including a slot sized to receive the male element and a raised channel adjacent to the slot, the raised channel having an elevated shoulder that abuts an end of the slot. |
