PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic by a wet manufacturing method, which can obtain a slurry with sufficient fluidity in a small amount of a solvent, and shorten a manufacturing time, and in which there is no crack or shrinkage by drying and no loss in the amount after filling and molding, on the solid powder cosmetic obtained by removing the solvent.SOLUTION: The solid powder cosmetic is obtained by removing a portion or total amount of a polar oil component after further adding the polar oil component to a cosmetic base containing powder of 55 to 80% and the polar oil component with an IOB value of 0.1 to 0.6 to make slurry and filling a container with the slurry. |
