PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce flow passage resistance in an explosion-proof container, and to enhance flexibility of appearance design.SOLUTION: In a thickness part (trunk part) 101d between an inner wall surface 101b and an outer wall surface 101c of an explosion-proof container 101, which surrounds an internal space 101a of the explosion-proof container 101 into a ring shape, a flow passage Ls1 through which air with supply air pressure Ps1 passes; a flow passage Ls2 through which air with supply air pressure Ps2; a flow passage Lo1 through which air with output air pressure Po1; and a flow passage Lo2 through which air with output air pressure Po2 are provided. With the flow passage Ls1 as an arc-shaped groove along the shape of the ring inner wall surface 101b of the explosion-proof container 101, an air reservoir (resonator) 101r is provided at a portion of the flow passage Ls1 that is folded at an acute angle. |
