PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm a print result before completing all print jobs when printing is requested and many print jobs are queuing for printing. SOLUTION: In a printing system provided with a printing apparatus accepting a plurality of print jobs, a print job can be selected from a plurality of print jobs including a first job being processed, a second job requested after the first job, and a third job requested after the second job, through an operation means for selecting a print job, and trial printing of the third job can be executed after the completing the first job and before the start of the second job when the third job is selected through the operation means and a command to execute the trial printing of the third job prior to the other print jobs is accepted.
