PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To capture an image automatically by an appropriate operation setting according to the action of a user. SOLUTION: Action history information is updated based on current position information, thus grasping a user's daily action history (the history of places where the user visits or passes). In automatic capturing, the setting of image quality (compression ratio and image size) and an imaging interval is changed according to whether a location as a current position is the one where the user visits frequently or rarely.
