A universal propel device for driving machines and various types of devices, in particular for driving pumps, by automobiles consists of the frame (1), into which the supporting rolling cylinder (4) and the driving rolling cylinder (3) are assembled, whereas the frame (1) is equipped with the holder (2) of the driven machine or device and the shaft of driving rolling cylinder (3) outside its bearing housing (5) and opposite to the holder (2) is equipped with the belt pulley (6).
