PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract operation plans that contain errors and further reduce the burden on users who correct operation plans that contain errors.SOLUTION: An operation plan determination device in the invention includes: a plan restriction information setting unit for setting plan restriction information that defines operation plan restrictions that are restricted instances that are not allowed to occur in a production line, which contains multiple pieces of equipment; an operation simulation unit for simulating the operation situation of the production line, according to the set plan restriction information and operation plan definition information that defines operation plans that are predetermined for the production line; a determination unit for determining if a restricted instance(s) has occurred, according to the obtained simulation result and the plan restriction information; and a fault cause estimation unit for estimating a fault cause(s) that can correspond to the restricted instance(s) that has occurred, according to the obtained determination result and fault cause information that indicates multiple fault causes that are predetermined for each restricted instance. |
