<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practicable amphibian bicycle to facilitate an amphibian use without lowering performance as a land bicycle. SOLUTION: Floating bodies 1 are securely coupled to both sides of a bicycle in a position, where the float bodies 1 float from a flat surface, through coupling members 2a and 3. When a user rides on the saddle of the bicycle on water, and the bicycle and the float body 1 are securely intercoupled in a manner that the boundary 8 between a disc part 6 being the lowermost parts of two wheels and a rim part 7 enters water. A screw fastening member 9 regulating revolution resistance is mounted on a part coupled to a car body frame revolvable between a front wheel and a handle. The front and rear wheels of the bicycle are formed that the disc part of the wheel and the rim part are integrally molded, and the rear wheel has a water flow resistance fin 10 formed in the vicinity of a contact point between the disc part 6 of the wheel and the rim part 7. Further, a power assist mechanism is provided to transmit a human power to the rear wheel by pedaling a pedal 11 and assist the rotation by an electric motor.</p> |
