PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce poly(vinyl chloride)-based resin sheet useful as film for making outdoor and indoor advertisement, indication stickers, or the like by applying poly(vinyl chloride)-based resin dispersoid comprising poly(vinyl chloride)-based resin, silica-based thickener, pigment and an organic solvent to the surface of processed paper which is subjected to release treatment. SOLUTION: This poly(vinyl chloride)-based resin sheet is produced by applying poly(vinyl chloride)-based resin dispersoid comprising (A) 100 pts.wt. poly(vinyl chloride)-based resin, (B) 0.5-6 pts.wt. silica-based thickener, (C) 5-60 pts.wt. pigment and (D) an organic solvent (e.g. a hydrocarbon-based solvent) to the surface of processed paper at least the one of which is subjected to release treatment, followed by heated-air drying treatment and fusing one by heating. The dispersoid is applied in a state of 50-80 wt.% solid concentration. It is pref. that the ingredient B is prepared by mixing sodium silicate with sulfuric acid to form silicate sol, by gradually polymerizing it to form primary particles and by forming three-dimensional agglomerate to solate, and the particle diameter of the ingredient B is <=5μm. |
