PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin material comprising at least two layers or parts integrated with each other and characterized by that a first layer or part is composed of a flexible material hard to be injured and having rubbery or leatherlike appearance and a second layer or a part comprises a rubbery material having rigidity and impact resistance. SOLUTION: A co-extrusion molded product consists of a partially or perfectly crosslinked polymer compsn. consisting of 1-99 pts.wt. of (A) ethylene/α-olefin copolymer consisting of ethylene and 6-12Cα-olefin and produced by using a metallocene catalyst and 1-99 pts.wt. of (B) propylene resin [the sum total amt. of (A) and (B) is 100 pts.wt.] and (C) thermoplastic resin same to or different from the polymer compsn.
