PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for exclusive means for discharging a seam portion of a tape and facilitate discharge of the seam portion of the tape using fingers.SOLUTION: A tape sending apparatus for sending a tape, comprises: two rollers 381 and 382 disposed at an interval therebetween in a sending direction of the tape, for sending the tape while being in pressure-contact with the tape; a tape seam sensor 303 disposed on an upstream side of the two rollers 381 and 382 in the sending direction of the tape, for detecting a seam TG of the tape; and a tape sensor 305 disposed on a downstream side of the two rollers 381 and 382 in the sending direction of the tape, for detecting the presence or absence of the tape. The apparatus further comprises a scalpel 301 disposed between the two rollers 381 and 382, for cutting the tape. |
