PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting structure of a door glass capable of preventing a gap inside a vehicle between a door glass and an upper opening of a door panel when the door glass is fully closed. SOLUTION: This structure has a door glass 3 guided by a sash 2 integrated with a door panel 1 and moved upward and downward under an elevating force F from a wind regulator 4, a glass supporting member 25 integrally coupled with a lower edge of the door glass 3 and receiving an elevating force F of the wind regulator 4, and an upper outside reinforcement 11 integrally mounted inside the door panel 1 and located at a position opposite to the door glass 3. A rib 15 capable of contacting an opposed wall 13 inside a vehicle of the upper outside reinforcement is provided on a glass supporting member 25 receiving a vehicle-outside component force Fs of the elevating force F of the wind regulator 4, when the door glass 3 reaches a fully-closed position Pc.
