摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow measuring device capable of reducing furthermore a dispersion range of flow rate coefficients peculiar to the flow measuring device. SOLUTION: In this flow measuring device having a flow rate operation means for calculating a flow rate value of fluid from fluid velocity measured by a pair of ultrasonic propagation means propagating an ultrasonic wave between prescribed two points on the upstream side and on the downstream side in a conductive path 50 for conducting the fluid and from a sectional area vertical to a flow direction of the fluid in the conductive path, a domain including a propagation route of the ultrasonic wave in the conductive path 50 is constituted so that a plurality of layers 50a are laminated so as not to block propagation of the ultrasonic wave and the fluid flow, and concerning the layer thickness showing a lamination direction vertical to the fluid flow direction and the propagation direction of the ultrasonic wave in the plurality of layers 50a, the layer thickness of a layer on a position facing to the ultrasonic propagation means is formed to be thinner than the layer thickness of a layer on a position not facing to the ultrasonic propagation means.
