<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for introducing a selected molecule into a target cell or a target tissue, by which various selected molecules can be gene-introduced into various kinds of target cells or target tissues in high efficiency; and to provide an introduction device used therefor. <P>SOLUTION: This method for introducing the selected molecule into the target cell or target tissue has sequentially a step for bringing a liquid containing the selected molecule into contact with the target cell or target tissue; and a step for electrically discharging the liquid from a plurality of electrodes disposed separately from the liquid to flow an electric current in the liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
