The device has a body (7) and a movable ring (8) carried by a motor block (2) of a mixer (1), and a transparent button (4) accessible and arranged on the motor block. The button serves to liberate a jar assembly (3) from the motor block. Another transparent button (5) is arranged on a removable base of the jar assembly, and is accessed only after withdrawal of the jar assembly from the motor block. The latter button serves to liberate the removable base from the jar assembly.
