PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: because presence/absence of access to a storage device is conventionally decided only by mount/unmount requirement, the presence/absence of the access cannot be detected though the access stops; and when a mount is cut by some fault or the like when a computer desiring to use a disk resource is present, the access cannot be performed even if another computer performs the mount requirement to a disk thereof. SOLUTION: In this IP-SAN (Storage Area Network), an actual mount/unmount state instead of the presence/absence of the mount/unmount requirement to the storage is decided by monitoring session information of the storage device and is notified to a mount reservation server, and an accurate and real-time change of an access state is notified to a management server or a user terminal using the disk resource.
