PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a waveguide of a high frequency component with a coaxial waveguide transducer of a tester at higher accuracy, even if there are somewhat variations of the shape and the dimensions of the top end of the waveguide of the high frequency component or the coaxial waveguide transducer top end of the tester wears. SOLUTION: It is difficult to align a coaxial waveguide transducer 15 with the center of a waveguide 18 by fitting an approximately conical connecting jig 17 in a conical inside recess of the top end 18a of the waveguide 18, but each protrusion 17a of the connecting jig 17 top end is fitted in each hole 18b near the waveguide 18 top end. This positions the transducer 15 and the waveguide 18 at a high accuracy resulting in that both are aligned center to center. If each protrusion 17a of the connecting jig 17 at the transducer 15 top end somewhat wears, the mutual positioning accuracy of the transducer 15 and the waveguide 18 is maintained high enough.
