PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a single-corrugated fiberboard paper by dividing the single-corrugated fiberboard formed by a single facer into even number rows, piling up them, cutting them to enable them to be packed. SOLUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing the single-corrugated fiberboard paper comprises a slit processing apparatus 8 for dividing the single-corrugated fiberboard 7 into even number rows, a discharging passage 10 for discharging and guiding one of single-corrugated fiberboards 7a-7d making two rows to be a set by making a core paper to be the surface side, a twisting transferring apparatus 14 which twists and transfers the other single-corrugated fiberboards to transfer them at a position where they are piled up on the single-corrugated fiberboards on the discharging passage, turns reversely them so as to oppose the cores each other, and engages the cores to pile them up and to run them, and a cutting apparatus 11 for cutting the split one face corrugated fiberboards discharged from the discharging passage into a specified length.
