PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping structure of a cutting device capable of precisely stably clamping a workpiece to cut the rod-like workpiece to be finished to a predetermined dimension. SOLUTION: In the clamping structure of the cutting device, clamping parts 3, 3 for clamping by nipping both sides of the workpiece placed on the placing board to clamp are attachably/detachably mounted on attaching parts 10, 10 provided at the tip end of a piston rod of a clamp cylinder, the workpiece 1 is cut with a plurality of diamond cutters 4, 4, and simultaneously, a part of the clamping parts 3, 3 is cut.
