PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing lamp system illuminating sea surface, without the electric bulb light becoming lost. SOLUTION: The fishing lamp system for fishing boat which illuminates light by suspending, from a hanger wire 1 which is horizontally installed on a working space of a fishing boat and is such that a quadrangled frame 3 is installed horizontally at the bottom of a hanger table 6 installed on the hanger wire 1 so as to face downward; a downward-facing shade reflector 4 installed on the inside of the frame 3 so that the concave spherical surface face downward; an electric bulb 8 installed at an eccentric position of the shade reflector 4 and a rear reflector plate installed at the rear of the shade reflector; and as a result, the system is improved of fish gathering effects and reduces the electric power consumption by the concentrated illumination of light and prevents swinging of the fishing lamp system by reducing the wind resistance.
