PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device for an automobile capable of supplying power stably.SOLUTION: A power supply device for an automobile comprises: first and second batteries 13, 14; first and second load groups 16, 17; and a plurality of fuses 19a-19e which are interposed between the first and second batteries and the first and second load groups, and melt by a short circuit current. The power supply device for the automobile supplies power from the first and second batteries to the first and second load groups. Redundant loads, which mutually complement operation, are distributed and connected to the first and second load groups 16, 17, respectively. The first and second load groups are provided with instantaneous interruption prevention devices 18, 20, 21, 22, 23 for preventing instantaneous interruption of the power supplied to at least either one of the first and second load groups at the time of melting of the fuses.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
