The purpose of the present invention is to provide an error-handling support device that can improve work efficiency with respect to error handling and that can shorten a handling period, which is from the occurrence of an error until the release thereof. An error-handling support device that is provided with: a data management unit that acquires handling information that includes an operating procedure for resolving an error; an edit control unit that receives edits made to handling information by an operator; and a presentation unit that presents, to an operator, handling information and edit information that indicates the details of the edits made to said handling information. |
