A speaker with a pole piece for improving air ventilation is provided to reduce air noise and to enhance the performance of a speaker by guiding air between a speaker cap and a voice coil through a gap between the pole piece and the voice coil an through a fluid path formed on the pole piece. A speaker(100) has a case shape with an open upper surface and includes a frame(110), a magnetic circuit(120), and a vibrating portion(130) at a center thereof. The frame includes a penetrating bore. The magnetic circuit and the vibrating portion are coupled and supported by the frame. The magnetic circuit includes an U-type yoke(121), a disk magnet(123), and a disk pole piece(125). A top portion of the U-type yoke is connected to an external side surface of the penetrating bore of the frame. The magnet and the pole piece are sequentially laminated inside the yoke. The voice coil, the vibrating plate, and a fluid path are formed on the pole piece between the voice coil and the cap to be emitted to a lower portion or sucked in from an upper portion of the speaker.
