<p>This novel item consists in a garment for entertainment, fun, recreation and advertisement, which can be used for covering the neck and hands of the user as if he was wearing a scarf or gloves; however, they are attached together for being simultaneously used as a flag and clapper. The invention is a product made of fabric, which may be used as a scarf and gloves together, having in the hand palm a circular piece of rubber material in which a plastic cap is placed for acting as a clapper when both hands are brought together. On the other hand, the user wearing the scarf may raise his hands and move them together so as to act as a flag, which may have a printed advertisement lengthwise. This novel garment is intended to draw attention in massive events by means of the sound produced when it is used as clapper, or publicizing the printed advertisement when it is used as a flag.</p> |
