PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for use in a game wherein even if recording mediums usable in a game are being surely drawn back, player's will to play is not reduced when the mediums are issued so that convenience of the players in the handling of the mediums can be improved. SOLUTION: In the case that a game card which is issued in exchange for security money, is drawn back if a member card is inserted security money to be returned in cash is recorded on the member card, which card is returned to the player, thereby returning security money to the player (SC21-SC36). And a control is performed (SA21-SA27) in such a manner that when a next game card is issued, if the card on which security data is recorded is inserted, the security data recorded on the card is deposited as security money, whereby the data on the card is eliminated to return the member card and a game card is issued.
