PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground bait basket with a magnet, capable of stably and easily filling a bait therein, suppressing the flowing out and releasing out of the filled bait during one throwing in, enabling the several times releasing, and always positioning a hook in released and dispersed bait. SOLUTION: This ground bait basket with a magnet is constituted by an optional-shaped bait ground basket body 2 installed with plural holes capable of flowing in and out of sea water and the bait, a magnetic material 3 capable of adsorbing a hook installed at the surface of the ground bait basket body 2, a pipe 5 having both open ends, installed at the lower part of the ground bait basket body 2, capable of flowing the sea water into the ground bait basket body 2 and also releasing the bait, or the like, filled in the ground bait basket, and a freely openable and closable and slidable bait-filling part 9 capable of filling the bait, or the like, therein and also adjusting the size of its holes.
