PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduit member connecting method of an endoscope, which precisely laser-welds a pipe to an opening mouth part of the other part temporarily and then brazing and fixing them together. SOLUTION: A counterbored hole 10 whose bottom 10a is formed into a tapered face with an angleθof 60°or more relative to an axis 6x is bored so that its hole depth (d) is larger than a radius differenceΔr from the pipe 6a, the pipe 6a is temporarily fixed to the edge part of the opening of the counterpart 6b in the bottom part of the counterbored hole 10 by the laser welding, and the pipe 6a is brazed and fixed to the counterpart 6b at least till the counterbored hole 10 is buried with brazing filler metal.
