A method for stamping a through hole in a bracket manufactured by a bending plate is provided to easily perform a stamping process of a through hole using a stamping jig without requiring high stamping force. A method for stamping a through hole in a bracket(1) manufactured by a bending plate comprises the steps of previously forming a weak part(12), which is structurally weaker than the peripheral part of a flat plate, corresponding to through holes(6,6a) in the flat plate; bending the flat plate into a predetermined shape; and subjecting the weak parts to a stamping process to form the through holes, where the weak part is a small hole having a smaller diameter than the through hole. The bracket includes an outer bracket having a cylindrical section(3), which is connected with a pair of planar sections(4), in order to support a cylindrical shell(2). |
