PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate electric power by a generator by moving a rotary shaft by a belt at a low wind speed, by receiving wind energy in the unfixed direction, by automatically opposing the wind direction, by controlling a turning angle of a blade by a projecting wheel, an introducing structure of a crank and aerodynamic power, by providing a projecting wheel type automatic wind direction tracking wind turbine. SOLUTION: This projecting wheel type automatic wind direction tracking wind turbine is composed of the generator, the rotary shaft of interlocking with the generator and a fan blade unit arranged on the rotary shaft. A projecting wheel element is arranged in the rotary shaft, and the projecting wheel element has an introducing part of a predetermined shape, and the blade of the fan blade unit contacts with the introducing part by the crank. When the blade is a fair wind and a back wind, a desirable pressure receiving state and a minimum wind resistance state are automatically formed by the belt movement of the introducing part, and the optimal power generation effect is attained by generating electric power by the generator by moving the rotary shaft by the belt at a low wind speed by receiving the wind energy in the unfixed direction.
